Welcome to 4SITE Forum 2009
4SITE Forum is the first interactive conference in the Middle East to promote innovation and entrepreneurship towards sustainable economic development and social impact.

4SITE Forum is an event bringing together over 200 investors, innovators, and entrepreneurs in Lebanon and the Middle East region.
Organized in conjunction with Global Entrepreneurship Week (taking place in November in over 80 countries worldwide), the event will offer innovative and interactive programming including the use of social media, open source and creative commons, and other technological tools. The forum will be composed of two groundbreaking days of participatory panels, workshops, demonstrations, networking, and more!
The event will take place Tuesday, November 17th and Wednesday, November 18th at Bayt El-Tabib Conference Center in Beirut, Lebanon. It will be the first event in a series, with future 4SITE Forums taking place around the region.
Some of our distinguished keynote speakers include Joi Ito, the CEO of Creative Commons, John Wilbanks, the CEO of Science Commons, and Rabea Ataya, the CEO of Bayt.com.
Please see the full conference program for all the details.

Request your preferred topics to be brought up during the conference BarCamp style, plan a presentation, or host a blog! Please take a look here to find out how you can contribute.
We would like to thank all our sponsors for their generous support and hope you have a great inSITEful conference!

Global Entrepreneurship Week

From 16 - 22 November 2009, Global Entrepreneurship Week will connect young people everywhere through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. Students, educators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, employees, non-profit leaders, government officials and many others will participate in a range of activities, from online to face-to-face, and from large-scale competitions and events to intimate networking gatherings.
Through this initiative, the next generation of entrepreneurs will be inspired and can emerge. In doing so, they will begin to acquire the knowledge, skills and networks needed to grow innovative, sustainable enterprises that have a positive impact on their lives, their families and communities.
